125 Top Producing Agents Make a Sizable Contribution to the Charity of their Choice – Who is the Winner?

Location: Via Virtual Zoom Meeting across Alabama

Date: Tuesday, March 9, 2021

A celebration to honor the RealtySouth 2020 Top Producers was hosted virtually via Zoom on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Hundreds of agents and staff attended across the state of Alabama. The special event announced the top 100 agents by volume sold and the top 25 agents by transactions. The lists show the agents who have performed the highest within the date range of January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020.

The event was peppered with a lot of celebration. 15 Brokers from across the state announced the Top Producing agents from their offices. The 200+ new agents from 2020 where spotlighted and shared with the crowd. A step through time was honored as those agents who have been with the company for 20, 30 and 40+ years.

This year was different than previous years. Each of the Top Producing agents were anonymously polled to select their charity of choice for their 2021 collective gift. The selection was full of well-run organizations that focus on local community support across the state of Alabama. A special announcement was made by Richard Grimes, President & CEO, “RealtySouth agents have big hearts with a long history of being philanthropic and deeply community-minded.” The announcement of the winning charity proved to be exciting for everyone and the overwhelming support was evident.  “This year, a sizable donation will be going to The Big Oak Ranch in the name of our 125 Top Producers.”

Brodie Croyle, Executive Director of the Big Oak Ranch was on hand to hear the news and share his thoughts. “I am humbled and proud to be a part of this grand occasion to celebrate the amazing successes of the RealtySouth 125 Top Producers. Big Oak Ranch is not federally funded and with your generous support, we will be able to continue to sustain our loving Christian environments for children and their families for years to come. Thank you so very much! I would love to share the impact that you will have by inviting all of you to join us for a tour of the ranch.”
