 The average sales price has increased 5% from last year, and the average time on the market has decreased 8% from last year. 
 
 It is a balanced market in Chilton, Alabama. The average sales price has increased 11% from last year.
 
 The average time on the market has decreased 16% from last year, and the total volume sold is up 13% from last year.
